Dea is located in the Antwerp South-District, the artistic heart of Antwerp.

Our studio is easily accessible and surrounded by some of the best galleries, museums,cafes, restaurants and shops Antwerp has to offer.

Space

By taking the lift you arrive directly in our studio spanning 110 square meters and features a kitchenette, a toilet and a storage area. Additionally, there is a 40-square-meter terrace outside.

Furniture

All furniture and amenities at DEA are free for guests to enjoy. This includes: a variety of stools, chairs, tables, cutlery, mirrors, two clothes racks, a bluetooth speaker, make up area, plants, coffee and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a cozy corner furnished with a sofa and two chairs, providing a relaxing space to unwind and lounge.

Parking

Antwerp is a low-emission zone, but parking shouldn’t be a hassle. About 150m from the studio’s front door you can park underground in parking Q-Park Kooldok. Reserve your parking space more cheaply in advance. The best way to reach the parking lot is along Silvertoplaan and Generaal Armstrongweg.

Accessibility

Our studio is wheelchair-friendly, providing seamless access and mobility for individuals with disabilities. The elevator provides direct access to the studio. There is a small doorstep outside; let us know in advance if you need a ramp.

Public transport

There are several bus and tram stops only a breath away from DEA. Take tram line 4 and get off at the Museum stop. Bus lines 1 and 10 stop at the Bres stop, which is 500 meters from the museum. Tickets can be purchased by phone, or bank card on the vehicle when you hop on.

There are three Velo (bike-sharing) stations within a 200m radius from the studio, enhancing the location's accessibility and convenience for visitors who prefer cycling.

Practical

Our venue is available to book for a wide range of events. From PR nights to workshops, from business meetings to stock sales, you name it. We are pleased to cater to your specific needs.

Facilities

Our studio is easily accessible and located in the artistic heart of Antwerp.

Toilets & kitchen

Inside the studio there is a built-in toilet and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sink that provides warm water, a refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave oven.

Food & Beverages

Coffee, tea and water are complementary.

Internet

We provide a high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.

House rules

Life is a party, just not on our terrace.

We are loving our neighbours and community.

Cleaning

The space should be left clean and tidy upon completion of bookings. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original place and in it's initial state. Should this not be the case a cleaning fee of €80.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited within the studio. Guests are welcome to smoke on our terrace.
